We finally got the results of Addyson’s procedure she had done in august. This was a manometry test. The two things pointed out was that she failed the balloon expulsion test and RAIR (recto-anal inhibitory reflex) was not present (it should be). We have an upcoming appointment at a motility clinic on the 2nd. Keeping our fingers crossed that they have a plan to help her.
Addyson Strength is amazing to watch. She just keeps going. She gets upset and looses hope with the doctors. She doubts test but none of it stops her. She pulls her 6yr old self right through the doubt and fear. We remind her that we are here to fight the fight with her and that we will keep pushing for answers.
