Wow…we are 8weeks post surgery. We have learned a lot. Some are below:
- This is a marathon not a sprint
- Some great resources come from Facebook support groups!
- Addyson still believes her surgeon can make her belly feel better
- Granulomas are annoying and can keep coming back….they won’t go away. Watch out granulomas I plan to order granulotion to get rid of you
- There will be many changes to the flush protocol, go with the flow
- When she is sick her tube hurts
- Venting is very important
- You learn to vent discreetly
- Many needed supplies are not covered
…and the list goes on but hope remains
