Ostomy awareness week

this week is ostomy awareness week. Addyson and some of her friends have cecostomies and some have ileostomies. Over the past year we have learned a lot about stomas and ostomies. Addyson has met some amazing friends. These kids instantly bond. It’s amazing to watch. Addyson has also experienced people making rude comments about having an ostomy. At the end of the day these are live saving for these kids. Please teach your kids about differences and support ostomy awareness week
